Our History
Zippy began with a personal frustration. As a student in Montréal, founder Eddy Hachem experienced how unreliable and impersonal laundry services could be, often falling short of the standard of care he grew up with at home.
Raised in Lebanon, Eddy was shaped by a culture of service where quality, pride and responsibility towards the customer mattered deeply. Determined to do better, he spent months researching methods, sourcing high-quality products, and personally testing every process throughout 2024 – training himself on his own clothes before ever trusting the service with someone else's.
Zippy was built to deliver that same level of care and consistency to others, creating a laundry experience people can truly rely on.
